What are the requirements to use Tapcart?
Tapcart currently supports ecommerce stores built on Shopify.
Does the mobile app sync with my Shopify store?
Yes, your app syncs seamlessly with your Shopify store. Products, collections, inventory, pricing, images, and discounts automatically update in real-time.
How much is Tapcart?
Tapcart is a monthly subscription. There is no credit card required since you are charged directly through Shopify on your monthly invoice. Pricing varies depending on the plan you subscribe to; please review the plans on this page.
Please note that all plans require Apple Developer ($99/year) and Google Play ($25, one-time fee) accounts in order to publish your app. Our implementation managers can help you get these accounts set up.
How do I launch my mobile app on the Apple App Store?
To launch your iOS app, you will need the following:
LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp for your business or equivalent in your respective country (e.g., LTD in UK or GmbH in Germany)
DUNS number: a unique business identifier provided by Dun & Bradstreet
Apple Developer Account ($99 annual fee)

What if I already have a mobile app?
Not a problem. Our platform makes it easy to update your current app, retain all users and push notification subscribers. Just like any app submission, our onboarding specialist will submit your app as an update.
Which payment providers does Tapcart support?
We support all payment processors within the Tapcart one-step native checkout. This includes Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.
Will my mobile app have Tapcart branding?
Tapcart is a white-label mobile app solution for ecommerce. There will be no Tapcart branding in your app.

The Insights Dashboard provides a snapshot to help you understand your app's performance and engagement. Tapcart also integrates with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, and Heap.
Can I switch plans?
You can switch plans at any time from your Tapcart dashboard under the “settings” tab. When upgrading or downgrading your plan, you will receive either a pro-rated charge or a refund.
How do I cancel the service?
You can cancel at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Does Tapcart support multi-currencies?
We support every country and your mobile app will reflect your Shopify store's default currency.
How do I create an Android mobile app for my Shopify store?
You can create an Android mobile app for your Shopify store using the same drag-and-drop editor as you would to create an iOS app. You get both an Android and iOS mobile shopping app with all of our pricing tiers.
What is the Product Page Builder?
