Terms and Conditions for Tapcart’s Free Mobile App Build Offer

1. Eligibility and Qualification

1.1 Survey Requirement: To qualify for this offer, you must complete a brief survey to assess the complexity of your desired app build. The survey will help determine whether your app can be built using Tapcart’s native features without the need for custom development.

1.2 Complexity Limitations: This offer applies only to simple app builds utilizing Tapcart’s native features and supported integrations. Custom development or non-native integrations are not included. If your app requires more complex features, you may discuss further options with our sales team, but this will not qualify for the free build offer.

2. Free Mobile App Build

2.1 Scope of Build: The free app build is limited to a straightforward design using Tapcart’s standard features. This includes one round of complimentary modifications, limited to two hours of design time. Additional modifications may incur extra charges as outlined in section 3.3.

2.2 Required Steps: To claim your free app build, you must:

  • Download the Tapcart platform.
  • Begin the process of obtaining a DUNS number and register for Apple and Google Developer accounts.
  • Participate in a 1-hour virtual consultation with a Tapcart design specialist to outline your app’s features and design preferences.

2.3 Acceptance of Terms: After the consultation, you will receive an outline of what we can accomplish with your app. If you agree to proceed, you must confirm acceptance of the terms via email. If your needs exceed the scope of this offer, we will refer you to an Account Executive to discuss alternative options.

3. Design Consultation and Modifications

3.1 Initial Consultation: The offer includes a 1-hour virtual consultation with a design specialist to discuss your app’s design and features.

3.2 Complementary Modifications: You are entitled to one round of revisions of complementary design modifications following the initial consultation. These modifications will be based on your feedback and our capabilities within the scope of a simple build.

4. Subscription and Launch Options

4.1 Free Trial and Launch: If you are satisfied with the app build, you can choose to launch your app under our BPI program, which includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial, you can opt for a pay-as-you-go plan or choose from our three paid subscription plans.

4.2 Subscription Plans: The pay-as-you-go plan incurs no upfront subscription fees but requires a 5% fee on sales made through the app. The fixed subscription plans include a lower usage fee with a predetermined amount of usage before additional fees apply.

4.3 No Obligation: If you decide not to launch the app or subscribe to Tapcart after the build, there is no obligation to proceed.

5. Offer Validity

5.1 Claiming the Offer: This offer is valid only for those who qualify (see Section 1). All required steps must be completed to qualify for the free build.

6. Additional Requirements

6.1 Merchant Responsibilities: To facilitate the app build process, merchants must:

  • Download and install the Tapcart platform.
  • Begin the registration process for a DUNS number and Apple/Google Developer accounts.
  • Engage in the initial 1-hour consultation and any follow-up reviews as needed.
  • Provide timely feedback on design drafts.

6.2 Feedback Process: After receiving the initial design draft, you may choose to:

  • Schedule an additional 1-hour review session.
  • Provide written or video feedback.
  • Allow Tapcart to finalize the build based on our best judgment if you are unable to provide feedback.
