Background
Customer personal data is initially processed by Tapcart Inc. Tapcart engages sub-processors in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum. If you are a Tapcart merchant you should contact Tapcart for more information.
Subprocessors are broken into two categories in this document:
- Core Subprocessors handle data that is necessary to operate our product.
- Merchant Subprocessors handle data that is used to conduct business on your behalf.
Both uses of data are in accordance with the use cases described in section 3.1 of the DPA.
